From the moment I arrived at Royal Hotel, I was enveloped in a world of warmth and sophistication. The staff, especially Ms. Yuri and her team, exuded genuine friendliness and professionalism, providing impeccable service that made me feel truly at home. Despite a looming typhoon, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, even providing alternative dining options until the restaurant was available. The exquisite Japanese cuisine served at the restaurant was a culinary masterpiece, a true reflection of the rich gastronomic heritage of Japan.
